Care, Custody or Control

This endorsement provides coverage to the insured for legal liability arising out of the injury to or death of a horse not owned by the insured, but in his/her care, custody or control. This coverage is available to those who train, board or breed non-owned horses.

Coverages:

Pays for damages to non-owned horses in your Care, Custody or Control
Limits available at a variety of levels.
Defense costs for lawsuits including but not limited to:
- cost of bail bonds
- interest in judgements
- expenses incurred
- loss of earnings up to $100 per day.
Transportation Extension available.

There are 14 options available for limits and the rating is based on the average number of horses & value.
